The Tools I Use to Help Manage Leads,

Book Gigs and Prepare for the Show!

The easiest way to get quality demo video is with a GoPro. With the Hero4 and above, the audio is also amazing. You don't need professional studio recordings or video's to book high end gigs. But, you do need quality demos. The GoPro will get you there fast.   If you're on a tight budget, pick one up used.

Loom

Loom helps you capture, narrate and instantly share videos to communicate faster, clearer and friendlier. 100% free!  It's a great tool to introduce yourself to potential clients after their first contact.

I use this tool all the time!  It's a list of the top 200 most requested songs that DJ's get at gigs.  It's updated regularly.  I use it as a thermometer.  It tells you what songs are hot right now.  Most of the songs we play are NOT on this list, but a lot are.  If you need to evaluate your play list, this is a great place to start.  Plus, I use it to put together the break music we play while on break.  Using this tool keeps our dance floor packed, even when we're not playing!  Clients love this!

Tools to help book better gigs

You Need a website. You don't know how to build it or where to start. Start here: Wix. Building your website has never been easier, especially with Wix. Did I mention it's free?

Book more weddings with TheBash

The two statements you most often hear about TheBash (Gigmasters) are these:  "It WORKS! I can't live without it"   or  "It DOESN'T work! It's a waste of money!"

My personal experience is that BOTH of those statements are true. Gigmasters works IF you know how to use it. If you don't know how to use it? It can seem like a waste of money. Either way, you'll get leads from it. My advice? Sign up for a year and take the year to learn how to use it. Work at it and it will pay off!
